Are you an experienced public safety communications professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career? The Bayside Communications Center is seeking a Deputy Director to help lead one of Wisconsin's premier regional 9-1-1 communications centers. The Deputy Director serves as a key member of the leadership team, assisting with the overall management, administration, and strategic direction of the communications center. This position works closely with the Director to ensure operational excellence, support personnel development, oversee critical projects, and maintain strong partnerships with our member agencies and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor, manager, or communications leader who is passionate about public safety, employee development, and organizational excellence.
