Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities

Perform in an efficient and accurate manner, general clerical responsibilities such as type, transcribe, read and review reports, process various legal documents, maintain a filing system, answer the telephone, read and interpret maps, type accident reports, perform general clerical duties, and general office operations. Have knowledge of general terms and phrases used in legal procedures and documents relating to law enforcement. Have the ability to prioritize work under stressful situations involving deadlines and time limits. Possess a working knowledge of modern office equipment. Ability to review camera and audio recordings and make necessary redactions for record requests. Ability to disseminate reports and video evidence while following office protocols. And such duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
