Position Responsibilities

Responsible for the protection of life and property through the enforcement of laws and ordinances. Work involves patrolling assigned areas, responding to complaints, investigating crimes, gathering evidence, apprehending violators, solving problems, responding to emergency situations, completing appropriate paperwork, testifying at court, and other related duties as required.

Lateral Transfer Program Details:

We offer full-time experienced laterals at top pay which is 32.57 with a .40 cent an hour night differential. Patrol staff work 12 hour shifts, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on , 3 off, every other weekend off. We offer a large amount of training opportunities as well.
