Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing professional, ethical, and impartial law enforcement services to the community, respond to calls for service, identify potential problems, and initiate activity to deal with noted issues.
Lateral Transfer Program Details:
Lateral consideration will be given to those who are currently serving as police officers and who have more than two years of experience. Applicants with 2 - 4.99 years of experience may be eligible to start at PO 2 ($77,023.33); applicants with five or more years of experience may be eligible to begin at PO 3 ($81,721.00)

- Driver's license
- Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification
