Are you an experienced 911 dispatcher ready to step into a leadership role? The Bayside Communications Center is seeking a Communications Supervisor to lead shift operations, support staff, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across our partner agencies. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational readiness, supporting dispatcher performance, and ensuring calls for service are handled efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with established standards. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
