Responsibilities:
Customer Service: • Professionally handle incoming calls, transfer those to the correct department and ensure communication lines are smooth and efficient. • Aid the public by providing information and processing requests for emergency and non-emergency services. • Act as a department ambassador, maintaining a positive public image through high-quality service. Data Entry: • Accurately input service requests into our Computer Aided Dispatch system and other necessary software, adhering to required timeframes. Form Processing and File Maintenance: • Manage parking permits, citations, and records requests efficiently, while maintaining accurate records/files. Training and Development: • Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest police principles, practices, and department operations.
