Certified Law Enforcement Officers- Two Week Posting Base Hourly Rate: $31.85/hour Time & a Half: $47.78/hour Double Time (Holidays): $63.70/hour Looking for a department where you’re supported, valued, and connected to the community you serve? Double pay on holidays Paid Training Availabilities Scheduling: Schedules are built one month in advance, and officers must submit their availability before the start of each month. Qualifications:
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Ability to perform essential functions of this position
- Ability to possess a firearm
- Ability to use all standard law enforcement equipment
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Driver's license
- Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and skills in operating computer systems
- No domestic abuse convictions
- No felony convictions
- Previous experience
- React quickly and effectively to stressful situations
