Position Responsibilities
The Records Clerk is responsible for managing, maintaining, and safeguarding police department records in accordance with state law, departmental policy, and public records requirements. This position supports sworn personnel by ensuring accurate recordkeeping, timely processing of reports, and efficient information retrieval while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
