Position Responsibilities
The City of Mondovi is looking to fill a full-time patrol officer position. Duties include patrolling the City of Mondovi, enforcing city ordinance violations, investigating crimes, making arrests, enforcing state traffic laws, testifying in court, attending department trainings, attending department meetings, engaging in community events, assist Fire/EMS, ability to use all standard law enforcement equipment, and other duties as assigned. The police department is an ever-growing department with equipment being upgraded. Current pay for 2025 is $28.25 to $30.44. 2026 $29.66 to $31.96. Three-year step increase. THREE ESSAY QUESTIONS ARE REQUIRED OR YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE REJECTED.

- Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification
