Ready to Build Your Law Enforcement Career in a Place Where Growth Actually Happens? The UW-Green Bay Police Department isn't your typical law enforcement agency. We're looking for officers who want more than just a job – we want people ready to grow into trainers, leaders, and specialists while serving a campus community that extends far beyond college students. Here, you'll have real opportunities to develop your skills through our partnerships with county agencies on OWI patrol, traffic enforcement, and specialized operations. Want to become a trainer? We have spots waiting. Love presenting and leading from the front? We'll give you the platform. Interested in problem-oriented policing that actually makes a difference? That's exactly what we do every day. Our officers don't just respond to calls – they build partnerships, solve complex problems, and help create one of the safest campus environments in the state. From staffing Division I basketball games to working major incidents, you'll experience the full spectrum of law enforcement while being part of a team that's dedicated to each other and getting it right. If you're ready to join a department where your growth matters as much as your service, and where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact, we think you might be exactly what we're looking for.
