Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities

Duties include: Answer all incoming radio transmissions and phone calls in a professional manner. Communicate with officers in the field through the use of radio and phone systems. Monitor video surveillance systems. Monitor fire and security alarm systems. Address walk in concerns. Minimum Qualifications: Evidence of proficient use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet-based tools. Willingness to work shifts that involve days, nights, weekends and holidays. Accurately type 35 wpm Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years working as a 911 or law enforcement dispatcher. Evidence of TIME System Certification. Experience in Incident Command Center.
