Responsibilities:
We are seeking a part-time police captain to work 20 hours per week. Duties include community policing, crime prevention, enforcement of Wisconsin state laws and local ordinances, criminal investigations, traffic crash investigations, traffic enforcement, and other standard law enforcement administrative duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to public service, integrity, professionalism, and ethical decision-making. Successful applicants should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently while building positive relationships within the community. Previous experience is required, preferably in a law enforcement management position.
