Position Responsibilities
The Bureau of Training and Standards is looking to fill a Quality and Services Assurance Officer position (Program and Policy Analyst Advanced) to join our team. This position will work closely with the five part-time field representatives to monitor academy training and to assist law enforcement agencies statewide with meeting the requirements for officer recruitment. This position also assists with drafting policies and procedures, and reviews waiver requests and makes recommendations on those request to the Law Enforcement Standards Board at quarterly meetings. There is an opportunity to work remotely following completion of training.
