The Osceola Police Department is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time police officer position. Candidates with at least two-years full-time experience as a police officer are eligible for an accelerated starting wage and vacation benefits. Our officers work a 12-hour Pitman schedule which allows for every other weekend off. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Responsibilities:
Osceola Police Department officers perform all essential police officer tasks with a focus on professionalism and building relationships with the community. Officers enforce both Village of Osceola municipal ordinances as well State of Wisconsin laws.
Lateral Transfer Program Details:
Flexible starting pay and vacation benefits based on years of full-time experience following approval of the Chief of Police and Village Administrator. Later transfer candidates will undergo an accelerated field training process dependent on experience and performance.

- Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification
