The Markesan Police Department is seeking qualified applicants for an open full time patrol officer position. We are looking for a community minded officer that is ready to put forward a community policing approach in the Grand Community of Markesan. Perform police patrol duties, respond to calls for service, assist the public, enforce traffic laws, investigate traffic crashes, conduct investigations, enforce state and local laws, prepare written reports and other documents as required.
Lateral Transfer Program Details:

Qualifications:
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously

- Driver's license
- Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification
