Position Responsibilities

Police Officers are responsible for enforcing the laws of the State of Wisconsin and the ordinances of the Village of Twin Lakes while maintaining public order, protecting life and property, and providing responsive police services. Duties include responding to calls for service, conducting proactive patrol and traffic enforcement, investigating incidents, assisting citizens, and working collaboratively with other public safety partners. The Twin Lakes Police Department places a strong emphasis on training, officer development, and career growth. Officers have opportunities to expand their experience through specialized assignments and regional teams including: Investigations, K-9, SWAT, Narcotics Unit, Major Crash Team, Crowd Control Unit, Arson Task Force, and Field Training Officer roles, along with additional training and leadership opportunities. Twin Lakes PD is a professional and team-oriented agency that values initiative, continuous improvement, and officers who take pride in serving their community.
