Position Responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to perform administrative tasks under the direction of the Deputy Chief of Police or designee. This position manages confidential records and information, interacts with the public via phone as well as face-to-face, provides dispatching services for the police department, screens public inquiries and requests for service, provides data entry of police reports into the records management system, assists with the maintenance of records, issues parking citations, and additional duties as assigned. This is a full-time position. The hours are slightly flexible, either 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and their resume.
