Perform all essential tasks of law enforcement and justly enforce the laws and ordinances of the State of Wisconsin and the City of De Pere.
Lateral Transfer Program Details:
1 – 5 years full-time experience – start rate up to $75,816 annual base salary 5 – 10 years full-time experience – start rate up to $80,796 annual base salary 10+ years full-time experience – start rate up to $86,064 annual base salary 2023 Police Officer Base Salary Schedule Start - $66,756 1 Year - $71,196 2 Years - $75,816 3 Years - $80,796 4 Years - $86,064 Top Police Officer Salary (5 Years) - $91,776
