The Middleton Police Department is currently seeking motivated, certified police officer candidates to fill multiple vacancies! Exciting new lateral incentives are currently being offered, including a signing bonus of up to $5,000 depending on prior experience, accelerated field training options, and more!

Lateral Transfer Program Details:

A signing bonus of between $1,500 and $5,000 is currently being offered, depending on prior experience. Officers with experience can enter at our PO II rate of $75,991 per year. Our fast-tracked hiring process will get you on board very quickly. Accelerated field training options are also available for those with prior experience to get you on solo patrol sooner.

  • Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification
