Recruit Pay: $56,831.74
Starting Pay: $66,860.87
At 6 Months: $69,884.67
At 12 months: $72,908.49
At 18 months: $75,932.27
Lateral Transfer Program Details:
At the City’s sole discretion, the lateral entry officer may be eligible for a higher wage commensurate with the Officer’s prior full-time experience, not to exceed the current wage schedule, and the lateral entry officer may be eligible for vacation accrual commensurate up to the Officer’s prior full-time experience not to exceed the current vacation schedule. No other contractual benefits or privileges are extended to recognize prior service without agreement between the City and Association. Lateral entry officers shall be subject to the probationary period and seniority provisions as in the Labor Agreement.
