Responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities
The Community Service Officer will perform a variety of duties to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Police Department. Responsibilities include parking enforcement, assisting with vehicle lockouts, making bank deposits, handling postings, answering phones, providing fingerprinting services, issuing parking permits, and performing school crossing guard duties. The position will also be responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of squad cars and providing assistance to residents and police officers as needed. Other duties may be assigned by the Chief of Police.
