Reason for Announcement:
Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to all public safety agencies to training needs.
• Hire, train, mentor, and direct public safety trainers and independent contractors.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee training sessions, including those held during nights and weekends.
• Create, coordinate, and manage large-scale events such as conferences and symposiums.
• Assist in creating and developing marketing materials and/or correspondence of training offerings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate action plans and strategies that align with departmental goals and support student success.
• Oversee the accuracy of contract pricing, which includes generating and writing contracts, billing preparation process, instructor payroll documents, monthly and annual reporting.

Qualifications:
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Ability to perform essential functions of this position
- Ability to use all standard law enforcement equipment
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Driver's license
- Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification
- Good driving record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and skills in operating computer systems
- Previous experience
- React quickly and effectively to stressful situations
- U.S. citizen
