Responsibilities:
Facilitate communications for police, fire, EMS and occasionally public works 24/7 during emergency and non-emergency operations. Responsible for answering emergency and non-emergency calls, obtain pertinent information, access information, broadcast applicable information, and route calls as needed. Also, record, compile, and document a variety of data in various programs and systems. Responsible for operating radio, teletype, CAD, as well as various other systems, as needed and/or assigned. Responsible to facilitate up-to-date and timely records and work well in a team setting.
