Responsibilities:
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to provide professional police services to the City of Cuba City through the enforcement of city ordinances, state laws, and federal laws. Responsibilities include protecting life and property, maintaining public peace, and preventing crime through proactive policing, community engagement, and collaborative partnerships with the citizens we serve.

- 10-hour shifts, every other weekend is a four day weekend
- Possibility of being agency K-9 handler
- Specialty team assignments to include emergency response team or negotiations team
- Equipment assisted to every officer, no one has to share!
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform essential functions of this position
- Ability to possess a firearm
- Ability to use all standard law enforcement equipment
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Driver's license
- Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- No domestic abuse convictions
- No felony convictions
- React quickly and effectively to stressful situations
- U.S. citizen
