Successful candidates must be of good moral character, able to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment, be comfortable using technology, and possess strong communication and decision-making skills. Professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm during stressful situations are essential. Dependability and confidentiality are a must. Prior dispatch experience preferred, but not mandatory. Must be able to work weekends, afternoons, and/or nights.
