This position works in Region 2 as one of the five LTE-Field Representatives on the compliance team. Lisa provides assistance to agencies and LESB certified training schools to ensure understanding of, and compliance with, applicable Wisconsin Statutes, LESB rules, and LESB policies and procedures. Her primary role is to conduct on-site audits of basic training, instructor training and recertification training curriculum delivery and academy operations at LESB-certified academies for compliance with Wisconsin State Statute § 165.85. This position will also conduct on-site visits at law enforcement agencies throughout Wisconsin to ensure compliance with Wisconsin State Statute § 165.85 certification standards.

Region 2: Columbia, Crawford, Dane, Dodge, Grant, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Lafayette, Richland, Rock, Sauk, and Vernon counties.
