Position Responsibilities

The City of Phillips is the county seat of Price County. An officer would be responsible for maintaining a safe community of approximately 1400 residents through patrol activities, respond to calls, crime prevention, problem solving, conduct investigations, enforce state laws & local ordinances including traffic laws, ability to communicate and resolve conflicts, testify in court, complete official records & reports.   • Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification
