Position Responsibilities

Justly enforce the laws and ordinances of the State of Wisconsin and the City of New Holstein, conduct criminal investigations, investigate accidents, identify and solve community problems, and provide preventative police patrol. This includes extensive community policing initiatives, such as bike patrol, security checks, and overall engagement with our citizens.

Lateral Transfer Program Details:

Based on prior years of Full Time law enforcement experience ONLY. Benefits will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will include pay, vacation, and sick time. We will be interviewing qualified applicants as those applications are received for 1 full time position. This position is open until filled, meaning a qualified candidate could be hired prior to the end of the posting date.
