Serve in one of the most beautiful areas in Northern Wisconsin. Phillips is home of the Phillips Chain of Lakes and has state and federal lands for recreation. The Phillips Police Department is seeking individuals interested in becoming a part of an organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing the growing City of Phillips. Officers will have the ability to participate in all aspects of police work.

  • Clear and concise speech
  • Driver's license
  • Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification
  • Good driving record
  • Good physical condition
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and skills in operating computer systems
  • No domestic abuse convictions
  • No felony convictions
  • React quickly and effectively to stressful situations
