Lateral Transfer Program Details:

The City of De Pere has a lateral transfer program for Police Officers. This program is designed to allow current officers with at least one year of full-time experience to join the City of De Pere at an elevated entry level salary. 1 - 5 years: $34.03 per hour 5 - 10 years: $36.26 per hour 10+ years: $38.62 per hour Vacation: Experienced officers with three (3) or more years of full-time experience as a certified law enforcement officer may be brought in at a higher vacation rate.
