Position Responsibilities

Receive/Assess/Respond to 9-1-1/non-emergency calls; Dispatch/Communicate Emergency Services using multi-line telephone & radio systems; Log requests for services in CAD system; Interpret/Act on messages from State/Nationwide computer system; Access/Update records in local/State/Nationwide systems.
