Position Responsibilities

City of Columbus, population 5,500 residents in Columbia County with a department of 10 sworn officers are seeking to fill a police officer vacancy. This uniformed position will perform duties of a police officer, including patrol, investigations, traffic enforcement, reports, testifying in court, and other various dutieS associated with a position of this nature.
