Position Responsibilities

Administrative Assistant performs a variety of routine and relatively complex computerized clerical and secretarial duties. Provides clerical support to the sheriff, management, and other sheriff personnel with reports, recordkeeping, and document preparation, and requires direct interaction with the public on a regular basis.

Additional Education Information
One to three years of experience working in an office setting is also required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be taken into consideration. Applicants must have experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office software, the ability to transcribe correspondence off dictation, maintain confidentiality, and have experience working with a variety of office equipment.
